Providence Health & Services Prospect Management Analyst in Washington
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Prospect Management Analyst to our location in Portland, OR .
We are seeking a Prospect Management Analyst who will strategically support the fundraising efforts of the Foundation by managing the prospect lifecycle. Working with development officers, the Prospect Manager will establish and lead regular cadences for portfolio reviews, moves management, strategy review, and other key portfolio management processes. The Prospect Manager will support fundraisers with ensuring plans, steps, opportunities, and activities remain up-to-date in the CRM and generating portfolio and activity analysis reports. In conjunction with Prospect Researchers, the Prospect Manager will work to develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline, drawing from new prospect sources and assigning to the appropriate prospect teams.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Establish and lead regular cadences for portfolio reviews, moves management, strategy review, and other key portfolio management processes.
Ensure plans, steps, opportunities, and activities remain up-to-date in the CRM and generating portfolio and activity analysis reports for assigned development officers.
Participates in prospect strategy development sessions with development officers.
Reviews contact reports entered in CRM to identify necessary portfolio changes and update the database accordingly.
Plan and organize regular meetings with Foundation executives and development officers to assign prospects, monitor timely movement through the pipeline, and develop and enhance strategy to convert prospects to donors.
Collaborates with prospect researchers to identify and prioritize prospects and make recommendations for portfolio assignment.
Manipulates, imports, and extracts data in CRM to maintain data integrity standards, as required.
Keeps up to date on trends and best practices to improve services and effectiveness.
Safeguards the confidentiality of constituent and prospect information by adhering to the guidelines of the Office of Philanthropy and the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA).
Contributes to the overall success of the Foundation by assuming primary responsibility for special projects as assigned and performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned in a timely, thorough, and professional manner.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Journalism or Public Administration or equivalent educ/experience
3 years Prospect management, fundraising, or philanthropy operations experience
