Required qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing degree/diploma from school of nursing.

  • Licensed to practice as an RN in Washington State.

  • Licensed to practice as an RN in Oregon within 3 months of hire.

  • Current Basic Life Support(BLS) card must be from the following authorized governing bodies: American Heart Association(AHA)-(BLS Provider), American Red Cross(ARC)- (BLS for Healthcare Providers), or Military Training Network(MTN)- (BLS Provider) upon hire.

  • Valid Driver’s license and automobile insurance

  • 1 year experience in home health, acute care or a skilled nursing facility.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.

  • 1 year recent home health, acute care or skilled nursing facility.
