House Supervisor RN

This position will be working 48 hours per 2 week pay period, 12 hour variable shifts.
$15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. This is applicable to new, external hires to Providence.
The Administrative Coordinator is the administrative liaison between staff, patients, physicians, families, other hospital departments, outside agencies and the public during senior management absence. The Administrative Coordinator has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the administrator on call. The Administrative Coordinator provides leadership and support and acts as a resource for the practice of nursing and customer relations. The Administrative Coordinator uses critical thinking skills for effective problem solving and clinical decision making.
Associate's Degree in Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire Or equivalent educ/experience
A RN with 20 years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a BSN.
3 years experience as an RN.
Required upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Required upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Bachelor's degree in nursing upon hire.
