Description:
Warehouse Assistant
This position is responsible for carrying out the daily operational workflow in the warehouse, including filling, verifying, and cold-storage and room temperature packing of patient-specific supply orders relating to various therapies, coordinating and scheduling patient deliveries/shipments, reviewing and assessing stock levels and reporting needs to purchasing specialist (and/or warehouse operations lead), re-stocking supply shelves, and general warehouse maintenance. Other responsibilities include clear communication and coordination with clinical pharmacy, nursing, and nutrition teams to ensure highest quality, accurate and timely delivery of therapy-related items, receiving and rotating stock, and assisting in cleaning and maintenance of infusion and enteral pumps, IV poles, and other ancillary infusion equipment.

Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position includes:
WA State Pharmacy Assistant License
OR Pharmacy Technician License (For Oregon locations). OR pharmacy technician license may be obtained within 60 days of hire (must be able to fulfill OR Board of Pharmacy regulatory requirements for initial license) and must obtain Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential prior to OR board of Pharmacy renewal after initial licensure.
Computer experience
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
General Warehouse experience
One (1) year of Shipping and receiving experience
One (1) year of Medical supply / Pharmacy Supply experience
Knowledge of medical supplies
