Providence RN Quality Program Manager in Spokane, Washington

Description:

Providence is calling a RN Quality Program Manager PMG (Providence Quality Assurance, Days, 1.0) to Providence Health Care Region in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:

  • Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Service program for Providence Medical Group.

  • Expedite and implement clinical support processes and procedures that support the standards of best practice.

  • Oversight of al safety regulations as mandated through OSHA and WISHA. Ensures clinics are following regulations.

  • Collaborate with operational teams on quality and outcome metrics, improvements, trainings and coaching opportunities.

  • Present, analyze and interpret data and identify the clinical quality impact.

  • Direct clinical processes and provide direction on clinical quality performance activities.

  • Serve as a consultant and resource to directors, managers, nursing and other clinical staff.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

  • 3 years clinical experience demonstrating increasing responsibility and success in clinical quality improvement processes and methodologies and patient safety.

  • 3 years project development and management including planning, budgeting, and decision-making

  • 3 years experience in creating training materials (e.g., workflows, job aids, and webinars), and provide trainings to providers and clinical support staff

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Washington

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Master's Degreein Nursing or health care administration

  • 3 years progressively responsible experience in management of diverse departments and staff or a combination of education and directly related work experience with ambulatory outpatient and medical/surgical experience.
