Providence Health & Services Maxillofacial Program Coordinator in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Maxillofacial Program Coordinator (Children Service Administration Department, Part Time, 0.75FTE, Day Shift, Exempt/Salaried) to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will: this position you will:
Provide education, support and referral resources to families expecting or with a child with a maxillofacial anomaly.
Performs comprehensive and ongoing health assessment to evaluate physiological, growth and development, social/emotional, behavioral, spiritual, environmental and communicable risk factors and strengths of individuals and families.
Assess feeding and provide appropriate feeding devices.
Provide pre and post-operative counseling and teaching for parents of infants having surgery.
Provide initial care coordination and resource information for all clients referred for a multidisciplinary team evaluation.
Assists in the development of the comprehensive medical treatment plan for each child
Provide guidance and expertise to Region I CSHCN coordinator with children residing in their county with a maxillofacial anomaly regarding care coordination needs for the child and family.
Evaluate services and outcomes for program planning.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Washington
Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
EMR experience required
Good communication and writing skills, computer
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Preferred NICU experience and case management experience.
