Providence Health & Services RN - Supervisor, Ambulatory Surgery in Spokane Valley, Washington
Providence is calling a Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Supervisor ( Providence Medical Group Clinics , 1.0 FTE day shift) to Providence Medical Group in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Supervise day-to-day operations and notify the manager of any staffing issues/problems as well as make recommendations for major operational changes that are needed to be made.
Assist the manager in training and orienting new provider and staff members.
Provide leadership in clinical problem solving involving all members of the care team.
Provide input in the evaluation process.
Listen to and resolve patient complaints, escalating as necessary to the manager.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Washington
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
3 or more years experience as an RN
1 or more years of lead or supervisory experience
Prior experience with or the ability to learn electronic medical records software
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Highly preferred: RN experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery setting.
