Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives Lumedic to our location in Seattle, WA.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives Lumedic who will be strategic thinker that can drive strategic alignment across the business and develop and execute strategic initiatives from conception to implementation. As the Senior Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you’ll work directly with Lumedic executive leadership to provide thought partnership and strategic support through the successful scoping, completion, and implementation of key strategic initiatives, spanning corporate strategy, product strategies, and partnerships. This role is crucial in defining and driving the evolution of this rapidly growing business.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Executive Strategic Alignment
Establish, maintain and enforce the rhythm of the team’s operations and management. Continually drive alignment to and execution of the core priorities.
Manage the strategic planning process, ensuring coordination with corporate priorities as well as group level priorities. Set the team’s prioritization on activities, key events, and deadlines, then facilitate alignment of the extended leadership team resources to meet those objectives.
Perform status reviews across all functions/initiatives and provide internal reports to stakeholders
Strategic Initiatives Management
Identify and deliver key medium and long-term strategic initiatives to improve business performance and positioning
Manage and provide leadership across multiple, closely related large-scale initiatives
Lead cross functional teams through the successful scoping, completion, and implementation of key strategic initiatives, spanning corporate strategy, product strategies, and partnerships
Ensure that our organization's strategic direction is reflected in projects
Provide the means and tools for peer team members to carry out their jobs efficiently
Business and Product Strategy
Facilitate effective and inclusive stakeholder engagement to inform strategy work and work towards alignment and decisions
Design and conduct analyses in support of strategy exploration and decisions to develop corporate strategy and future business models
Create materials for communicating strategy and key analyses with internal/external leadership
Understand the target market and primary user needs for a product. Works collaboratively with product management to ensure products to meet business, market segmentation and financial goals.
Infuse original and differentiating insights into the product strategy resulting in new products that lead the market
Understand the current and future trends in medical plan design and related innovations that are ancillary but important to employer and broker customers. The candidate should have insights into market changes, network hybrid products, competitor strategies and associated differentiators
Required qualifications for this position include:
A background (7-10 years) in product, program or project management
Experience in process development
Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects
Preferred qualification for this position include:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration
