Providence Health & Services Maintenance Supervisor in Seattle, Washington
Providence is calling a Maintenance Supervisor (Days, 1.0) to work in Heritage House Assisted Living at Providence ElderPlace in Seattle, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Provides leadership and supervision, staffing needs, completes corrective action and performance review for direct reports; Responsible for training, mentoring and developing staff.
Maintains daily plant operational needs.
Responsible for managing department budget and contributing to capital budget development.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and that all necessary licenses are current and posted.
Prioritizes routine work for plant operations including work requests, ensures completion and communicates to appropriate contact.
Schedules preventative maintenance (PM’s) work on equipment and monitors to ensure completion and documentation of the completed work.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
H.S. Diploma or GED.
6 months of customer service experience
6 months of management experience
