Providence Health & Services Value Analysis Resource Program Coordinator in Renton, Washington
Providence is calling a Value Analysis Resource Program Coordinator to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the supply chain Value Analysis process from proactive management of the RPVAT / SIVAT meeting calendars through completion of all necessary documentation and final posting on the PHS Value Analysis Intranet site. This position will also be responsible for other routine maintenance and postings on the PHS Value Analysis Intranet site and Share-point.
In this position you will:
Work directly with and under the direction of the Regional VA Program Manager, Director of Clinical Value Analysis, and Director of Product Analysis to ensure that all aspects of the Value Analysis process are coordinated, completed and documented according to established procedures and timelines.
Support the Regional VA Program Manager, Director of Clinical Value Analysis, and Director of Product Analysis in the administration and maintenance of system-wide Value Analysis Program.
Support the Regional VA Program Manager and Director of Product Analysis in the assembly of information packets and agendas related to Regional Product Value Analysis Team (RPVAT), Specialty Item Value Analysis Team (SIVAT), Clinical Product Assessment Committee (CPAC) , and other related focused task forces and reporting results to various stakeholders.
Be responsible for coordinating and tracking timelines for Value Analysis initiatives.
Support the Regional Value Analysis Program Manager and Director of Medical Product Analysis in the assembly and distribution of information packets and agendas related to RPVAT and SIVAT meetings.
Take and reports minutes for all RPVAT and regional SIVAT meetings and other meetings as requested.
Required qualifications for this position include:
AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years experience in Healthcare as a CNA or LPN/LVN , project coordination, or project management.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
