Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Project Manager, Mental Health Strategy PSJH to our location in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Project Manager, Mental Health Strategy PSJH to provide and track project plans, communication plans, timelines, dashboards, and presentations for our Population Health/Mental Health department. This position will be accountable for managing multiple projects to identify and achieve specified objectives on time. Works closely with VP of Mental Health, Data Scientist, system Population Health caregivers and Mental Health regional leaders.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Using standard project methodology, develop key project documents and timelines to meet specified deadlines and deliverables.
Interact effectively with multiple data teams and have the skills and ability to integrate necessary data sources working with partners to ensure accurate, actionable, and timely reporting.
Be able to speak both the data and business language to digest and interpret data sources.
Oversee tasks and assignments to completion including status reporting.
Engage all stakeholders professionally and in an appropriate manner consistent with their level of involvement and role on assigned projects.
Coordinate projects and their deliverables to ensure optimal functioning of the Department and the Population Health Management Division overall.
Partner with project stakeholders to resolve barriers impeding project deliverables and solution of concerns that may block project progress.
Maintain alignment and communication with project teams to ensure consistency in messaging and engagement with Shared Service and Regional teams.
Develop communication strategies, presentations, and written communications to internal stakeholders as necessary.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 years of proven track record in managing multiple complex high-profile projects simultaneously and driving towards successful results.
Excellent project management skills, including development of work plans, metrics and monitoring processes.
Knowledgeable in effective change management, communication, and strategic planning methods to ensure large-scale change is realized.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
3 years of consulting background in a high production, deadline-oriented professional work environment requiring multi-tasking, flexibility, and self-directed work.
PMI Certification and /or working knowledge of lean thinking concepts and methods upon hire.
