Providence Position Management Specialist PSJH in Renton, Washington
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Position Management Specialist PSJH to our location in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Position Management Specialist PSJH who will be responsible for day to day administration of compensation related data in HR systems and databases. This position is primarily responsible for entering and auditing all position related changes into the HRIS system. This position is also responsible for performing system audits to ensure data integrity.
In this position you will:
Be responsible for reviewing position related requests and determining the correct course of action for the request.
Be responsible for entering compensation related changes in the ERP system with a focus on position related data.
Manage data integrity in the ERP system and any related systems.
Be responsible for routine audits for data integrity. Works in concert with the Compensation Team and other key stakeholders to address issues discovered in the audits.
Work with Compensation Team to identify and define data requirements for various project-related and ongoing analytical efforts.
Design and develop audit reports for accuracy and appropriateness.
Recommend improvements to existing systems/processes.
Support the implementation of approved programs and initiatives.
Required qualifications for this position include:
H.S. Diploma or GED
1 year general office experience, with responsibility for large volumes of moderately complex data entry
1 year experience in human resources or compensation
Demonstrated experience navigating multiple computer screens, including entry of required information
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field
