Finance Director for Ayin Health Solutions is being called to our location in Renton, WA or in Portland, OR.

Under the direction of the President of Ayin Health Solutions, the director of finance is administratively response for directing and managing the long-range financial planning, analysis, budgeting and product line reporting activities. This is an operational and strategic role. The ideal candidate has a track record in financing healthcare start-ups, business development, and successful financial business growth.
This role directs all accounting and budgeting activities of Ayin Health Solution including monthly reporting as well as financial analysis and short/mid/long term forecasting.
Provides financial oversight and leadership for future merger and acquisitions as well as financial turnaround activities for existing entities.
Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all financial reporting related to Ayin Health Solutions.
Responsible for setting all accounting policies, procedures and processes, and ensuring policies are implemented.
Responsible for monitoring tax considerations and perpetrations of all tax entities as required by Ayin Health Solutions.
Oversees development of service pricing for Ayin Health Solutions.
Responsible for directing all financial reporting software conversions.
Prepares financial statement presentations and summaries for all corporate Boards and Committees.
Responsible for ensuring all capital expenditures are managed within budget and are properly authorized.
Responsible for providing senior management timely financial information and suggestions for improving the management of administrative expenditures. Recommends to senior management appropriate administrative targets and benchmarks.
Responsible for appropriate staffing, training, and directing all activating within the Finance department of Ayin Health Solutions.
Develops and monitors department performance standards.
Provides clear direction on long range planning and annual budget including financial improvement activities.
The Director of Finance serves as a member of the senior leadership team of Ayin Health Solutions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, and/or CPA with an advanced degree highly preferred.
Excellent knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, procedures, and methods.
Excellent knowledge of Statutory accounting principles, procedures, and methods.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent knowledge of cost accounting and budgeting methodologies.
Excellent knowledge of Insurance Code and regulatory requirements for both Oregon and Washington.
Proficiency in spreadsheet, statistical, and date-base software packages.
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and listening.
Ability to take complex financial information and explain in a simple business-oriented manner.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent project management skills
