This role reports to the Group Vice President, System Finance, manages a team of 6 financial professionals and will be remotely located (with occasional meetings in our Renton Washington headquarters).

Provide impactful insights to System and Ministry initiatives, many times with limited data and direction
Lead the development of the System Long Range Plan, the analysis of competitive benchmarks and the creation of multiple ad-hoc models and analysis

Contribute to the creation of best practices for strategic financial analysis
Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration or a bachelor’s degree with commensurate experience.
A minimum of 15 years of progressive responsibility in business and financial analytics.
Demonstrated executive presence with strong oral and written communication skills with a keen ability to distill complex analysis into impactful yet simple and concise stories.
Ability to collaborate and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, and creating effective business partnerships.
Ability to "think outside the box" and not be hindered by how things have been done in the past.
A sense of humor and ability to bring enthusiasm and optimism to complex business and performance discussions a bonus.
