Providence is calling a Executive Director, Real Estate Ambulatory Care Network – PSJH to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Executive Director, Real Estate Ambulatory Care Network to play a key role in driving the ambulatory care network strategy - a strategic priority for the organization. The portfolio including in the ambulatory care network may include, but not limited to the following verticals: retail, urgent care, free standing imaging, behavioral health, and ambulatory surgery centers. Estimated system wide role out of approximately 200 sites across the various verticals. Represents REC at ACN Executive Council and is the subject matter providing counsel and insight to facilitate the strategy and drive for results. This role will be a member of the REC Leadership Council.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the strategy set forth by the Ambulatory Care Network to ensure that the real estate and construction functions are align with the strategy as well as standard policies and procedures. Clarifies and communicates the vision and strategy to the project teams.
Responsible for developing and implementing service level agreements with the Ambulatory Care Network leadership to deliver upon the strategy and meet key deadlines.
Responsible for leading a team of diverse expertise to deliver upon the strategy set forth by the Ambulatory Care Network leadership across the organization.
Accountable for representation REC at the Ambulatory Care Network Executive Council in an advisory role to provide insight from the real estate perspective.
Responsible for the leading and delivering the site selection, design standard, and construction build out for leased sites to include but not limited to Express Care, urgent care, free standing imaging, and ambulatory surgery centers across these organization.
Accountable for providing leadership, performance management, and professional development to direct reports.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or healthcare administration, construction and or real estate Or equivalent educ/experience.
10 years experience with managing and leading teams in either the real estate and or construction industry.
Proven experience leading teams with diverse experience and expertise.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal forms for both internal and external partners.
Knowledge of real estate and leasing practices.
Knowledge of construction management practices.
Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, interpersonal skills, and effective oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of technical, professional and business in the fields of healthcare delivery, architecture, design, construction, and building design process.
Project management skills.
Financial analytics and project budgeting proficiencies.
Understanding of land use and regulatory compliance.
Microsoft office suite to include Microsoft Project
Valid driver's license
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Planning, Finance, Real Estate.
5 years Experience with managing projects and following required financial practices.
Certification - PROJECT MGMT PROFESSIONAL
