Providence is calling a Business Development Director – Community Connect to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Business Development Director – Community Connect to be accountable for maintaining exceptional customer service for clients throughout the business development phase of the client lifecycle. This Director is responsible to support activities leading to a fully executed contract for all CC clients. Activities include introducing the client to the CC Epic offering, managing all team members to assure milestones are met throughout the business develop process, managing communication with client and market/regional leaders and development of cost proposals and contracts. The role requires leadership, vision and strategy and is highly focused on customer service. In addition, this Director will assume responsibility to develop and operationalize the CC cost model, and oversite for preparation of cost proposals and contracts.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Support activities and initiatives to assure the provisioning program thrives and flourishes.
Lead caregivers and teams to accomplish program goals.
Responsible to set strategy, vision, goals and priorities for Business Development program elements.
Support a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain and foster strong relationships with regions, clients and PHS/PSJH team.
Responsible to represent provisioning program products to support regional sales and marketing strategies. )
Collaborate to support execution of the program marketing plan.
Promote and support SharePoint platform strategies.
Function in the role of Executive Sponsor for assigned clients.
Support adherence to service level targets and customer service goals for clients.
Support and monitor processes and actions to successfully manage budget viability.
Support processes for effective contract management.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Extensive experience with Epic Implementations and Community Connect
10 years in a client services role with progressively increasing responsibility and success
5 years in managerial client services/support
Demonstrated experience in managing and building teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong operational experience that includes data analytics, tracking and reporting and the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Possesses strong leadership and exceptional customer service skills.
Exhibits excellent communication, sales and problem-resolution skills.
Demonstrates innovation and agility in providing strategic direction and overcoming barriers or issues.
Drives toward timely and effective results.
Demonstrates the ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
Works continually toward self-development to stay current on leading customer service strategies and best practices.
Has an in-depth working knowledge of the Providence family of brands
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
