Providence Health & Services Account Manager, Community Connect in Renton, Washington
Providence is calling an Account Manager - Community Connect to Providence Health & Services in Spokane,WA or Seattle, WA or Missoula Montana.
We are seeking an Account Manager - Community Connect to be a key role in post-activation support for Providence Community Connect hospitals and physician practices within an assigned PH&S region. The Account Manager - Community Connect will integrate closely with Providence Health & Services IS application and technical teams, support teams and regional/ministry customers/outreach to support the Community Connect customer’s satisfaction with the Providence Community Connect Program.
The Account Manager - Community Connect is accountable for supporting customer-satisfaction and Epic system integration efforts across their assigned PH&S region.
In this position you will:
Maintain confidentiality of all information related to patients, medical staff, employees, and as appropriate, other information.
Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including patients/families/members, employees, managers, medical staff, volunteers and community members, so that productivity and positive relations are maximized.
Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principles of safety and infection control into daily activities as outlined in Environment of Care, Infection
Control, and Exposure Control manuals and department safety policies/procedures; consistently use personal protective equipment as required and takes appropriate precautions whenever there is potential for contact with blood, body fluids, chemicals and/or other hazardous materials.
Maintain knowledge of work-appropriate aspects of environment of care programs, comply with policies and report unsafe conditions. Successfully complete Environment of Care Healthstream modules in the required timeframes and participate in fire drills and emergency exercises.
Develop individual objectives consistent with the Providence Health System's Oregon Management System; measure and report on individual objectives quarterly.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Three (3) years’ experience with the implementation and roll out of Epic applications.
Three (3) years IT account management experience.
Six (6) years healthcare experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Any certifications relating to healthcare software applications, technology infrastructure and or clinical specializations are an advantage.
Knowledge of Providence business processes and EHR solution.
