Providence is seeking a gifted strategic talent advisor from all seven states (OR, WA, AK, CA, MT, NM & TX) with exceptional executive candidate development and assessment skills and experience hiring sr. leaders to join Providence’s in-house executive recruiting team.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Executive Recruiting, the Sr. Executive Recruiter will take the lead in the execution of senior level - mainly corporate focused – recruiting engagements, including:
Consulting with senior management on their hiring needs, and in accordance develop the position specification and recruiting strategy.
Work with in-house research on the development of company target list and the identification of potential candidates and sources.
Contact prospective candidates and knowledgeable industry sources and develop a pool of candidates.
Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates by telephone, video, and conduct in-depth candidate interviews.
Identify and move high-potential internal talent.
Develop high-value talent pipelines.
Build diverse candidate slates.
Write up candidate profiles and present them to the decision-making senior executive team.
Conduct regular progress report meetings with clients.
Conduct thorough, interrogative references and negotiate the offer package.

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum of 5 years of search experience required or 10 years as a sr. corporate recruiter for a Fortune 500 company.
The ideal candidate needs exceptional executive recruiting, sourcing, assessing, closing and account management skills, and a personality that can keep up with a fast-paced Mission driven recruiting culture. They will be someone who can work autonomously and as part of a team, who is articulate with solid oral and written communication skills, and who is a good listener. The person must also be organized and able to manage multiple activities to completion.
