RN Quality Information Coordinator - Abstractor - Digestive Health Services at Oregon Clinical Programs Hybrid
Shift: On Call, Variable day shifts, M-F
The RN Quality Information Coordinator/Abstractor works independently to review and analyze data abstraction and analysis for a variety of internal and external quality and/or patient safety initiatives. RN Coordinator/Abstractors are required to understand complex data specifications and methodologies underlying initiatives. RN Coordinator/Abstractors must possess a significant understanding of the care processes and related documentation and coding processes for each of the clinical focus areas worked on. Additionally, RN coordinator/abstractors must understand the information and workflow systems and structures that support the healthcare practices and outcomes being measured.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
2 years acute care experience.
Demonstrated clinical experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models.
