Providence Health & Services Respiratory Therapy Supervisor in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.
This position is a 10 hour shift that will be 12:00pm- 10:00pm (Monday- Thursday) to provide support to both the day shift and night shift staff members.
In this position, you will:
Supervise personnel and coordinate activities of Respiratory Therapy within Respiratory Care Services.
Perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Baccalaureate degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field, -or- a combination of education and applicable experience
Licensed by the Oregon Respiratory Therapist Licensing Board as Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
National Registry as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
5 years of critical care, respiratory care experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Supervisory experience, or management education
