Providence Health & Services Respiratory Services Site Manager in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling a Respiratory Services Site Manager (1.0 FTE, Days) to Providence St.Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.
In this position, you will:
Plan, organize and direct the activities of Respiratory Care Services which may include Neonatal ICU, Pediatrics, Adult respiratory care and Pulmonary Function Testing.
Have responsibilities that may include management for Electrodiagnostics.
Provide leadership, management and direction for all services within Respiratory Care Services.
Coordinate operational activities of the department to achieve goals and objectives.
Serve as a catalyst and mentor for motivating productivity, innovation, employee engagement, and commitment to the organization.
Develop, monitor and effectively regulates departmental budgets, assuring high quality and cost effective services.
Be responsible for multiple entities
Required qualifications for this position include:
Baccalaureate degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or Respiratory Care
Licensed in the state of Oregon as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
Registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
A minimum of 10 years hospital experience in clinical respiratory care
5 years of progressively responsible positions, which include human resource management, business management and program development
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Masters level education in Business or Health Care Administration
