We are seeking a Program Manager Service Line Development - Program Development Women and Children that will be responsible for leading comprehensive development of assigned services. Researching, planning, scoping, developing and executing the strategy for assigned business and/or clinical service line development. The incumbent will serve as the internal and external expert for the service line(s) they are developing in collaboration with the Physician leader, and will apply a deep knowledge of the market and customer environment as well as the internal processes and teams needed in developing, implementing and supporting the service line. Leads all phases of the development cycle from idea through value proposition, design, development, pilot, launch and evaluation/measurement. Leads clinical transformation initiatives that result in new innovative care delivery models and optimize triple aim measures around quality, cost and patient experience. The Program Development Manager possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Oversee, and execute program development and project management plan for various project which includes: preparing program development implementation strategy; update, and maintain program development timeline and budget.
Gather and specify requirements for current and future offering by leading multi-disciplinary team to conduct market and competitive research supported by interacting directly with area leader, healthcare community stakeholder and other market influencer.
Understand and anticipate market trend, customer reaction and buying pattern change, and become the expert on identifying real market problem by interviewing and observing consumer/patient and caregiver in their environment.
Develop strategy and positioning, including the development of product and service, detailed requirement, measurement/metric and system/structure to support success.
Required qualifications for this position includes:
Five (5) years Project management, program management, product management, product marketing or product development experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
Coursework/Training in Change Acceleration Process, Workout, Lean, Workflow engineering or other change management methodologies.
Healthcare industry experience.
