Providence is calling a Personal Care Aide - Irvington Assisted Living Facility (1.0 FTE, Evenings) to Elderplace Irvington Village in Portland, OR.

Required qualifications for this position includes:
1 year Housing Only: Recent experience, as a caregiver, with frail or elderly population.
Required upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
Required upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check required for this position based upon the location of the position.
Required upon hire: Fingerprinting may be required
