We are seeking a Information, Referral Specialist - Elderplace Marketing and Business Development that will provide a variety of administrative, secretarial, and clerical support services for the Intake & Enrollment and Marketing staff. Serves as the initial contact for information and referral phone calls, providing information about the ElderPlace program and making internal and external referrals as appropriate.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and clerical support to the Intake & Enrollment Supervisor, Intake & Enrollment Specialists and Marketing staff
Provides and mails out information about the ElderPlace program as needed. Making internal and external referrals as appropriate
Acting as initial screener, when appropriate, to determine a person's eligibility to the program
Manage Marketing inventory; including working with PPMC print shop on the printing of various forms, booklets and miscellaneous marketing materials
Be responsible for maintaining mailing lists and databases for the program including data entry and running reports as needed
Maintain databases of Adult Foster Homes vacancies, ElderPlace Supported Housing vacancies, and the Supported Housing Waiting List; including receiving calls, gathering appropriate information, inputting data, and updating as necessary
Utilize computer databases and manual systems to retrieve and analyze information & enrollment data. Create and format database reports as needed
Prepare, assemble and maintain information packets and marketing materials and assist with marketing events and mailings. Coordinate assembly projects with PPMC volunteer staff as needed
Copy, collate, and distribute materials as needed
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Three (3) years of experience in an administrative and/or progressively responsible secretarial position
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with triaging information and referral calls
