Providence Health & Services Department Coordinator - Clinical Pharmacy Department in Portland, Oregon


Providence is calling a Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator to Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.

In this position, you will:

  • Support the Director and the staff of the pharmacy department to maintain smooth and efficient functioning of pharmacy services to clinics across the Oregon region.

  • Act as a liaison to various departments across Providence including other Providence Medical Group (PMG) departments, finance, IS, property management, and supply chain and other PMG departments. Executiveassistant, administrative assistantExecutiveassistant, administrative assistant


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years of college coursework or business school training experience -or-

  • 2 years of related experience in lieu of college.

  • 5 years of experience in office management and/or administrative support.

  • Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of a variety of software programs and communication vehicles.

  • Must be able to work as a member of a cross-functional team.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree
