Providence Health & Services Clinical Trials Coordinator - 1 in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling a Clinical Trials Coordinator to Providence St. Vincent Medical Office Building, East Pavilion in Portland, OR. We are currently working on studies for MS, headache, dementia, and other indications as assigned. Monday - Friday days, with full benefits starting on your hire date!
In this position, you will:
Be responsible for facilitating all aspects of clinical trials within the Providence Brain and Spine Institute.
Facilitate the conduct of clinical trials by working collaboratively with sponsors, monitors, investigators, regulatory/contract CRA, and IRB to establish research plans and project timetables and coordinate resources needed to ensure productivity and timely completion of project.
Be responsible for coordination, collection and delivery of research data and pertinent information to study sponsor.
Assist with the implementation of QA tools and the conduct of QA audit as needed to ensure the adherence of study protocol and the compliance of clinical trials to applicable regulations.
Assist with development and implementation of departmental SOPs.
Assist with training and mentoring new staff.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in health related field
Minimum 3 years in clinical research experience, including patient facing experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience in neurosciences
Experience with cognitive assessments or patient questionnaires
Experience with ECG and/or phlebotomy
ACRP or SOCRA certificate (or equivalent)
