Providence Health & Services Clinical Research Associate in Portland, Oregon
The Providence Orthopedic Institute, in NE Portland, is calling a Clinical Research Associate to join our team. Relevant experience in orthopedic research focusing on retrospective studies and clinical outcomes studies is strongly desired. Our target candidate will have an intensive ability to dive into and understand data; you'll be managing data and extracting data from registries. Providence is calling a Clinical Research Associate to Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.
In this position, you will:
Function under the supervision of the Program Executive.
Coordinate and maintain diverse activities related to orthopedic research.
Participate in study design, IRB and Privacy Board requirements, data collection, analysis, interpretation of results, and presentation.
Interact with and support multiple primary investigators.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Master’s degree with coursework in public health, statistics, research and 3 years of relevant experience, -or-
Bachelor’s degree with coursework in public health, statistics, research and 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of and professional experience with research methodology, statistics interpretation, and reporting of research results.
Experience research related regulatory requirements under 45 CFR (HIPAA)
Proficiency in Excel
Relevant experience in orthopedic research strongly desired.
