Social Worker BSW - Behavioral Health at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center
The Social Worker (SW), communicates and collaborates closely with physicians and other members of the health care team to provide consistent quality care for patients. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the SW accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients to plan implement and evaluate the care for patients. The focus of the SW will be on social determinants of health and addressing issues identified.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
