Providence is calling a Senior Program Manager, Equipment Strategy & Planning, (REH) to Supply Chain Management in Renton, WA.
The Senior Program Manager for Equipment Strategy & Planning provides strategic guidance to service segment or functional teams in a way that promotes the Mission and Core Values of Providence St Joseph Health. The position oversees the assessment, development, deployment, and adoption of equipment programs and initiatives that support organizational improvements in Experience, Delivery, Quality, and Cost. In conjunction with other PSJH leaders, the Senior Program Manager develops efficient strategies and tactics that solve systemic and acute issues, and in doing so, improves operations.
In this position you will:
Collaborates with leadership to assess equipment program performance with the aim to maximize program, ministry, and organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Leads the development, deployment, and adoption of system standards. Ensures, through the use of appropriate metrics and data, that quality standards are measured and that desired results are achieved.
Actively collaborates and communicates with local, regional, and system leaders to establish equipment value targets. Partners with local leaders to develop programs that support the ministries in their pursuit of established targets.
Coordinates cross project activities while developing and controlling segment or functional deadlines, budgets, and activities
Manages communication with stakeholders to ensure that programs and initiatives are socialized appropriately in throughout the assessment, development, deployment, and adoption phases
Assists with the development of solid and robust Business Partner (vendor) relationships through appropriate and thorough vendor and product review processes
Creates and maintains comprehensive programs to drive ministry/organization revenue and profitability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement Training completion
Project Management Training completion
More than 10 years’ experience in leadership, equipment, or project management
