Providence Health & Services Spiritual Care Program Coordinator in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a Spiritual Care Program Coordinator (0.5, Day shift) to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA.
Spiritual Care Program Coordinator manages operational, program and administrative support functions for Providence Spiritual Care Services. The coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of specialized clerical duties in support of administrative operations of departmental services.
In this position you will:
Exhibits knowledge of principles and practices of program coordination.
Demonstrates organizational, critical thinking and decision making skill to understand and interpret information and determine a course of action.
Utilizes coordination skills to multi-task and effectively coordinate processes, people and events.
Prepares correspondence, maintain appointment schedules, maintains incoming and outgoing mail, maintains files, orders supplies, and prepares meeting agendas and minutes. Attends required meetings. Demonstrate organizational, critical thinking and decision making skills. Demonstrate an understanding and ability to interpret information and determine a course of action.
Demonstrate knowledge of the departments’ programs, computer systems, databases, and documents.
Required qualifications for this position include:
3 years experience as an office assistant or executive assistant project coordinator
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Professional and clerical experience in Healthcare setting.
