Providence Health & Services Office Coordinator - Sleep Laboratory in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling an Office Coordinator (Per Diem, Days) in Sleep Laboratory to Providence St Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA.
This position is responsible for the management of the Business office for the Sleep Center for SW Washington.
In this position you will:
Coordinating assigning work for the staff assisting in clerical work.
Coordinating patient in-take information and appointments, insurance pre-authorization, billing, tracking reimbursement.
Follow up with insurance companies and the business office on reimbursement, triage of phone calls.
Maintenance of electronic medical records, generation of reports, coordination of meetings, liaison to physician offices.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- High School graduate plus 2 years of course work in office or business management.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Four years experience preferably in a medical setting, clinic as an office manager/lead secretary.
