Providence is calling a Mission Integration Program Manager to Providence Health & Services in Olympia, WA.

We are seeking a Mission Integration Program Manager to be responsible for oversight and coordination of Mission integration initiatives and projects across the Southwest Washington Region (SWR). Please note, this is a part time position providing 20 hours per week and eligible for full benefit package.

In this position you will:

  • Navigate ambiguous situations and create a concrete structure and process.

  • Manage laterally as well able to manage up.

  • Create projects that engage all stakeholders across the ministries and bring the Providence Mission to life in a meaningful way.

  • Engage our Providence community of caregivers in specific drives such as coats/clothing, food for food banks, adopt a family at Christmas, etc.

  • Work with community partners in support of our Community Benefit Plan, community partherships to foster our Mission outside of the walls of Providence.

  • Collect and assemble reflections and make them accessible to all Providence employees.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the delivery of mission services across the continuum in the SWR.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum of five years’ experience combined in the following areas: Experience in working within the context of healthcare; Program development (preferably in healthcare), Project management, Formation or leadership development, Event Planning, Group facilitation, Adult education and learning.

  • Facile and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Master’s degree.

  • Experience in: Mission integration; developing and implementing formation experiences; Organizational development; Ability to navigate differing corporate cultures and sub-cultures; Experience in leading virtual teams. Communications experience using current electronic medium.
