Cardiovascular Technologist I - Cardiovascular Lab
Assist the physician in the invasive testing and/or treatment of patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Successful completion of a two-year invasive cardiology program (Notice of completion from program)
Associate's Degree Invasive Cardiology technologist
Associate's Degree Radiology Technologist
2 years If Rad Tech, must have 2 years experience in Interventional Radiology
If not a Certified Radiology Technologist with two years experience in interventional radiology, then it is required to be certified by the
Washington State Department of Health as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist within 6 months of hire.
Successful completion of RCIS registry exam.
Basic Cardiac Life Support required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 6 months of hire.
