Providence Health & Services Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor - Chemical Dependency Center in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (1.0 FTE, Days) to the Providence Chemical Dependency center in Olympia, WA.
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to assume primary responsibility for all aspects of care for both adolescent and adult patients, including meeting budgetary requirements, monitoring quality assurance, patient flow, system improvements, patient satisfaction, clinical staff development and maintaining compliance with the Joint Commission, WAC, DOH, HCA and other regulatory requirements.
In this position you will:
Supervise and provide evaluations of clinical staff according to organizational policies, procedures and protocols
Ensure staff is in compliance with applicable licensure and accreditation standards.
Resolve staffing coverage issues on a daily basis
Provide Senior Leadership with input to the development and implementation of new programs to increase and maintain patient volumes and satisfaction
Promote high levels of satisfaction with patients, providers and staff, by proactively addressing concerns through meaningful measures and interventions
Required qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or equivalent
Completion of Chemical dependency Courses per WAC
Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP) Certification
Individually Licensed Mental Health Professional, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
One (1) year of experience in Clinical Supervision.
Knowledge of general office procedures and computer skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Clinical management experience
Certification as a Behavioral Health clinical supervisor.
