at Providence Benedictine Home Health full-time (1.0 FTE, Days) in Mt. Angel, OR. In this position you will have the opportunity to provide

triage of patient phone calls, communication with

provider’s offices and support to our field clinicians (RN, PT, OT, SLP, MSW

Job

duties for this role includes

processing physician orders, phone communication with clinicians, patients,

caregivers and provider offices. The role works closely with team supervisors

and scheduling. Also, assisting clinicians with documentation, computer

management and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider -or-

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire

  • 2 years of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting

  • 2 years of recent Home Health experience

  • In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position. Fingerprinting may be required also.
