IS Project Manager - Medical Devices - Enterprise Information Services - within Providence footprint of locations (WA, OR, CA, AK, TX, MT, or NM) *hybrid
Join a new and growing Project Management Office in Clinical Technology Services (CTS) at Providence. This position will directly support Providence’s medical device cybersecurity program through the management of multiple, diverse and complex projects. The IS Project Manager will work collaboratively with enterprise, regional, and facility leaders to direct all aspects of project implementations and facilitate systemwide change. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing each project from start to finish, including:
Identifying the project's goals, objectives, and scope
Creating a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to complete the work
Communicating with the project team and key stakeholders
Managing risks and issues
Monitoring progress to ensure the project stays on track
Evaluating the project's success and identifying areas for improvement in future projects
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience.
Three (3) years' experience with project or program management
Two (2) years working in the field of Information Services
Preferred qualifications:
Three (3) years working in the healthcare industry.
Prior experience with medical devices
Prior experience with cybersecurity
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
