RN Care Coordinator - Vascular Surgery at Providence Medical Group Montana $4,000 Hiring Bonus
$4,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment
The RN Care Coordinator communicates and collaborates closely with providers and other members of the health care team to provide consistent quality care for patients. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the RN Care Coordinator accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a clinic nurse and care manager to plan implement and evaluate the care for patients.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current RN licensure in the State of Montana
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider),
American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), or
Military Training Network (MTN) – (Healthcare Provider) upon hire
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Two (2) years of Nursing experience
Two (2) years of Clinic Nursing experience
