Process Improve Consultant Senior - Process And System Improvement at Providence St. Patrick Hospital
Partners with core leaders and caregivers to facilitate value improvement (quality / cost) through the application of improvement science and change management methodologies. Facilitates, trains and coaches executives, core leaders and caregivers regarding process and system improvement including how to spread and scale effective practices. These individuals are able to facilitate the implementation of breakthrough strategies across ministry/region and functional boundaries that result in value improvement.
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare professional or engineering -OR- equivalent educ/experience
Improvement Science -OR- equivalent educ/experience-Lean, Six-Sigma, or Quality Engineering
Change Management -OR- equivalent educ/experience
5 years experience with applying, and improvement science and change management methods
1 year experience teaching and coaching improvement science and/or change management.
Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Certified in Health Care Quality
2 years Managing personnel
1 year experience in a health care environment highly preferred.
1 year knowledge of health care quality, regulatory and risk management.
