Providence Health & Services Development Coordinator in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling a Development Coordinator (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Manage administrative support activities such as schedule meetings, maintaining calendars, filing and organization, drafting correspondence and trip itineraries, responding to inquiries, and handling mail.
Communicate and interact with donors.
Be lead staff person assigned to office supply orders, inventory, and office operation.
Support foundation and hospital staff to ensure development of needed proposals and collateral, coordinate communication and marketing materials, and draft and review gift and pledge agreements.
Support all development staff with events and assist in planning various events.
Support a variety of programs and marketing campaigns.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
Three (3) plus years of experience, preferably in healthcare philanthropy (or a comparably complex organization).
Three (3) years of related administrative experience, project and event management skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor Degree.
