Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

  • Required for newly hired Registered Nurses as of 2018,.

  • Relevant training applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager.

  • CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY - 64200: 1 year experience in an acute care setting.

  • CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY - 64200: 1 year RN experience in chemical dependency within the past 10 years.

  • CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY - 64200: 2 years linical experience in behavioral health care, of which 1 year must be in chemical dependency treatment.

  • UTPATIENT INFUSION SERVICES-- 76410 experience Within Specialty: 2 years Oncology RN experience.

  • OUTPATIENT INFUSION SERVICES-- 76410 New to Specialty: 1 year Acute care RN experience.

  • WOUND CARE - 61790: Experienced Within Specialty: Required: 5 year Acute care RN experience.

  • Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.

  • Current BLS required at time of hire.

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Health Care Provider certification required within 6 months of hire.

  • Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager

  • Current ACLS within 6 months of hire

  • Current PALS within 6 months of hire

  • Current NRP within 6 months of hire

  • CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY - 64200: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position. Fingerprinting may also be required.

  • OUTPATIENT INFUSION SERVICES-- 76410 New to Specialty: Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) required within 2 years of employment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree .CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY - 64200: Experience Within Specialty: Nursing or within 12 months of hire.

  • 1 year acute care RN experience.

  • WOUND CARE - 61790: Experienced Within Specialty: 2 years wound care experience.

  • CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY - 64200: Preferred: CARN or ANCC certification.

  • OUTPATIENT INFUSION SERVICES-- 76410 Experienced Within Specialty: Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) preferred, required within 2 years of employment.

  • WOUND CARE - 61790: Experienced Within Specialty: Preferred: National Certification within 2 yrs of hire.
