Providence is calling a Project Coordinator - Women's Clinic Milwaukie (1.0 FTE, Days) to Milwaukie Healing Place in Milwaukie, OR
This position will provide opperational/administrative support to Providence Milwaukie and East Portland Women's Clinic locations as well as Providence Beginnings.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator - Providence Womens Clinic Milwaukie who will support the medical director, clinic manager, and clinic supervisors with the technical and administrative activities of the clinic. Support clinic process improvements, project implementation, SharePoint page, as well as clerical functions such as minutes and other clinic communications. Work with Providers to support their clinic onboarding. Coordinates mid- to high-complexity projects. Supports the accomplishment of targeted Providence Women's Clinic and Providence Beginnings objectives.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Ensure seamless communication, goal alignment, and coordination of strategies and tasks with management and staff.
Prioritize and organize both short and long-term responsibilities in response to frequently changing demands and frequent interruptions.
Maintain project documentation using standard tools and templates.
Coordinate mid - to- high - complexity projects with minimal supervision
Assist clinic leadership in identifying areas for operational improvement and develops tracking tools for process improvement projects that support increased clinic efficiencies
Maintain clinician call and clinic schedules in Qgenda and builds monthly Epic scheduling templates.
Act as clinic liaison for all IS, maintenance, and other project requests so that resolution can be tracked for follow up and completion.
Required qualifications for this position includes:
High School Diploma or GED
Associate's Degree OR equivalent educ/experience
One (1) year experience with information technologies, healthcare or clinical field
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Two (2) years experience working with Epic EMR.
Two (2) years experience leading projects.
