Providence is calling a Patient Relations Representative to its Southern Oregon Region Primary, Family, and Specialty Care clinics as well as our new Patient Call Centers. This position represents all of the Patient Relations Representative opportunities Providence has available in So. Oregon. We seek day shift (and some evening shifts), full-time, part-time, and on-call staff members.

As a Patient Relations Representative, you will:
Be the first point of contact to patients or visitors in person or by phone.
Play a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
The position represents our Patient Relations Representative positions for all of our Southern Oregon sites. Below is a listing of the locations/services offered and covered by this posting:
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience or successful completion of a Providence internship
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
1 year of medical office or healthcare experience
Basic experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and/or computerized billing systems
Medical terminology experience
