Providence is calling a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Home Health, Per Diem) to Providence Sound HomeCare in Lacey, Washington. This position will travel to see patients within Thurston, Lewis, and Mason Counties.

In this position you will:
Provide practical nursing, including bedside patient care, respiratory care, phlebotomy, patient education, and patient support services under the supervision of designated licensed staff.
Use critical thinking, decisive judgment, and your ability to make independent decisions.
Utilize software for the maintenance of patient records and communication with team members.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
Current Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR Certification
Current Washington State Driver’s License and insured, reliable vehicle
1 year nursing experience in an acute care setting
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
1 year nursing experience in Home Health
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
