Providence Health & Services Clinic Supervisor - Providence Medical Group, Oncology in Lacey, Washington
Providence is calling a Clinic Supervisor to the Providence Medical Oncology Group in Lacey, WA.
This is a full time (Monday - Friday; Day Shift) and benefits eligible position.
Please Note: The Clinic Supervisor will be required to travel to the Providence Aberdeen and Centralia Oncology Clinics as well, to* provide occasional support to staff at these clinics.
We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, organized with excellent customer service skills.
In this position you will:
Oversee the reception, scheduling, and charge entry functions of the clinic.
Develop processes and monitor to ensure all patient encounters contain comprehensive and accurate data.
Oversee training and education functions.
Ensure the functions performed are in accordance with company policies and procedures and complies with federal and state regulations.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Courses completed toward Associates Degree or higher (must have AA completed within 1 year of hire)
Two years of lead or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
Demonstrate creative solution based problem solving with a commitment to placing the team’s needs first
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Associates degree in related field
