Providence Health & Services Development Director - Foundation in Issaquah, Washington
Providence is calling a Development Director - Foundation to Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, Washington.

In this position you will:
Serve as a member of Providence Marianwood's management team, which directs and coordinates facility policies and planning.
Generate significant financial support to help meet the needs of the institution for charity assistance, program support, capital or special requests within industry standard ratio of expense incurred to revenue achieved.
Administer a comprehensive fundraising program that includes all the major elements such as board relations, donor cultivation and stewardship, legacy donors, planned giving, direct mail, annual giving, special events, grant writing and capital campaigns.
Coordinate, support, and direct foundation board committees, plan and coordinate board meetings in conjunction with Executive Director.
Develop and implement all policies and procedures to carry out development and public relation activities in conjunction with PMW and PMWF.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, journalism, health care administration or related field
Minimum of five (5) years as a development professional with a proven success in all aspects of fundraising and public relations
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience in health care field with knowledge and experience in a long term care environment

Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, Washington compassionately serves people of all ages and faiths. Our Transitional Care Unit is designed for patients coming out of the hospital who need skilled nursing care, end of life care, or rehabilitation for those recovering from surgery or who have a functional loss from illness, disease, or an accident. Our Long Term Care unit provides skilled nursing in a residential setting, addressing the needs of our residents through creating a sense of community and home in “neighborhoods” and providing a model of care that is resident-centered.
