Providence Health & Services Clinical Manager in Issaquah, Washington
Providence is calling a Clinical Manager (Transitional Care/Long Term Care, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, Washington.

Schedule: Monday through Friday with alternating on-call responsibilities
Eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00 (external applicants only)
In this position you will:
Provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team members for designated team with the support of a discipline supervisor as required for discipline-specific input.
Triage patient’s needs and lead staff in clinical problem-solving
Hire, schedule and manage the performance of the assigned team, including nurses and nurse aides.
Identify staffing and staff development needs; work with Director of Clinical Services and/or Executive Director for staffing approval or otherwise address and resolve issues.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or related field
Current Washington State applicable professional licensure or certification
Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
3 years clinical experience in chosen field
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Knowledge in MDS and Medicare
RN license preferred, but willing to consider an LPN with years of skilled nursing experience/management.

Our Transitional Care Unit is designed for patients coming out of the hospital who need skilled nursing care, end of life care, or rehabilitation for those recovering from surgery or who have a functional loss from illness, disease, or an accident. Our Long Term Care unit provides skilled nursing in a residential setting, addressing the needs of our residents through creating a sense of community and home in “neighborhoods” and providing a model of care that is resident-centered.
