Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Talent Acquisition (TA) Preboarding Specialist Tier 3 PSJH to our location in Renton, WA or Irvine, CA.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Preboarding Specialist Tier 3 PSJH to be responsible for supporting a wide range of Pre-Boarding services as a Tier 3 issues resolution specialist within the Talent Acquisition. Serves as single point of contact to address Tier 3 issues that cannot be addressed by vendor. Liaison between vendor (IBM) and Field HR to resolve issues without having to escalate. Accountable for timely and effective response, management, resolution, escalation of complex or sensitive Pre-Boarding inquiries, in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Applies critical thinking and high touch customer service to resolve complex Pre-Boarding questions which will include intricate transactional processing across a breadth of TA and Pre-Boarding process areas, such as background checks, start dates, hire clearance, onboarding, processes and other Pre-Boarding activities. Responsibilities are tailored to the department and depend upon daily volume and workflow. Ensures that all customer service telephone calls, chats, cases (including cases submitted directly from caregivers) and transactions follow policy guidelines, and are compliant to applicable law. Has demonstrated proficiency in all areas of responsibilities, and is the SME for the department. Mentors and supports training for new member and/or process changes and new initiatives. Perform all duties in a manner which demonstrates exceptional customer service, fosters a team concept and reflects the organizational values. Requires an effective and professional working relationship with all levels of the organization, including caregivers and customers. Provides next level of escalation support for department and customers.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Serves as single point of contact for IBM; resolves complex issues; liaison between IBM & Field HR to resolve issues without escalation.Demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including vendors, caregivers, candidates, internal and external customers, to maximize productivity and service delivery results.
Responds timely to complex questions, including researching appropriate information and soliciting SME input when requested and appropriate.
Research policies, practices and data to verify accuracy of information submitted.
Escalates issues, where required, through a formalized issue/inquiry escalation process within TA, HR Services as well as to other business partners, where applicable.
Assist the team in the communication of process changes, process improvements, procedure development and quality measures. May prepare documentation and training.
Delivers high quality service to both internal and external customers.
Analyze issues using a holistic approach and comprehensive problem solving resolution methodology.
Provide consultation and advise hiring managers with information about TA policies, procedures, and protocols.
Adheres to performance standards, metrics and SLA’s as outlined for the department and individual.
May run custom reports and queries; analyze results and prepares for distribution and/or present information.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and application of all compliance and legal requirements of the job based on the scope of practice of the position.
Uses critical thinking and strategic methodology to identify and develop innovative service delivery solutions. Provide HR Service Center user expertise on projects, may lead small projects with limited supervision.
Assures compliance with confidentiality policies, in accordance with State and Federal laws, maintains confidentiality of caregiver, patient, and business related information.
Fully supports field and organizational requests for audit activities and investigations.
Required qualifications for this position include:
3 years experience in talent acquisition, human resources or equivalent work experience.
3 years experience as a TA coordinator, Pre-Boarding Specialist, Recruiter.
Experience consulting with TA and HR members, hiring managers on complex hiring activities including pre-boarding or onboarding.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
1 year experience in recruiting in a large complex healthcare organization.
HR Certification (PHR, SPHR or CEBS).
