Providence is calling a Social Influencer Manager to Providence Health & Services in Irvine, CA .

We are seeking a Social Influencer Manager to help transform our influencer program. This position will drive business results for Providence St. Joseph Health. This role will cultivate the relationships with the leaders across industries to facilitate content collaborations.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Implement the long term vision for PSJH Influencer programs – create campaigns, creative design innovation, process and operational improvement, use of data, analytics, and measurement.

  • Execute strategic influencer initiatives, demonstrating how influencer communications can reach new audiences, amplify the impact of content, and drive business results.

  • Assess and develop high-end relationships with key external stakeholders/partners in the fields of film, TV, music, media and entertainment.

  • Oversee development of influencer content requirements and content delivery for across all owned channels, working with internal partners and external agencies to create the best content to drive engagement, cross-sell, and advocacy.

  • Track and report key performance indicators for every campaign and report on progress against goals and relevant metrics to senior management.

  • Creating, developing and leveraging the power of storytelling and brand experiences against our key brand innovations, product collaborations and future product concepts.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English, PR or related field

  • 5 years experiential or influencer marketing experience is required

  • 4 years of experience managing influencer integrated programs in an agency or corporate environment. Experience in developing brands within social marketing preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of entertainment industry and pop culture events.

  • Experience in advertising, programmatic, social, search, content marketing or related area

  • Ability to toggle between right brain and left-brain skills whether it be driving data-based planning and activation or creating strategies for engaging new content delivery strategies
