Sr. Clinical Data Analyst - Institute for Human Caring
This position will support the Institute for Human Caring initiatives as it relates to Palliative Care specialty service line focusing on quality with developing measurement and analytics capacity at Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH). This will primarily consist of report and dashboard design using BI tools, data acquisition, data analysis and validation, developing SQL queries, statistical analysis, dashboard updates, financial modeling, and maintenance of data. Will also be responsible for supporting a number of projects with varying complexity and reporting requirements.
This is time-limited employment for a two year funded project.
This position is remote with expectation of 5-10% travel to Orange County, CA.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Science.
2 years Industry related experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business
Experience in healthcare (hospital, lab, physician offices, etc.)
Experience with Epic

About the Team
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life. Our service lines include assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, home infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and palliative care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), personal home services/private duty care and supportive housing.
