We are looking for a Associate Food Service Attendant for the Dietary Department at St. Jude Medical Center.
Location: Fullerton, CA
Work Schedule: Part Time - 32 Biweekly Hours
Shift: 8-hour, Evenings
Under the direction of the Food Service Supervisor, employee provides services and support to meet the needs of patients, guests and employees in a courteous, efficient and team oriented manner. May also assist with tray assembly.
Demonstrates sanitary practice in accordance with all regulatory agencies to include HACCP program.
Demonstrates the appropriate use of food service equipment following guidelines.
Demonstrates a basic knowledge of modified diets in a consistent manner.
Demonstrates food safety following guidelines and uses equipment in safe and appropriate manner.
Demonstrates proper food preparation in a consistent manner.
Preferred Position Qualifications:
Experience: Food service experience in a hospital or restaurant setting.
Licenses/Certifications: Serve-safe food handler certification.
